• Our prices do not include crating or shipping
• All orders are shipped within timelines as listed on the order confirmation issued by Custom Showcases & Vitrinas Exhibidores S.A. de C.V.
• We ship our showcases by land to destinations in the USA, Canada, Mexico, the Caribbean and South America
• Custom Showcases & Vitrinas Exhibidores S.A. de C.V. obtain competitive freight cost estimates from several expediters before we ship your showcases.
• The final purchase order - including the shipping costs - will require the customer's signature before the showcases are shipped.
• Custom Showcases & Vitrinas Exhibidores S.A. de C.V. manufacture display cases according to detailed rendered 3D drawings that are forwarded to the customer for prior approval. Once the order confirmation and drawings are approved and signed off by the customer and the down payment has been received, the display cases are then manufactured according to the approved drawings.
• After receiving your signed order confirmation and payment, all orders are considered final.
• All display orders are inspected, tested and photographed (in high resolution) before they are super crated and shipped to the customer's destination.
• Our customers receive photographs of their displays before they leave one of our manufacturing facilities.
• In the unlikely event a defect fixture is shipped, Custom Showcases & Vitrinas Exhibidores S.A. de C.V. will replace said fixture free of charge.
• Improper handling, improper use or damage caused after delivery is not considered a manufacturing defect,
All our display cases are super crated. Our crating method assures delivery of your display cases in perfect condition. In the rare event of damage incurred during transportation, the customer must notify Custom Showcases & Vitrinas Exhibidores S.A. de C.V WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY BY E-MAIL. Please remember to include photographs of the incurred damage. The damage will be reviewed immediately by our shipping department and consequently a claim will be filed with the shipping company.
