PLACING YOUR ORDER WITH CUSTOM SHOWCASES



We have made the ordering process as accessible and personable as possible. The fact that we do not offer an online ordering system has its advantages:

1. Our designers discuss the design details with the customer
2. Any questions you may have are answered by one of our representatives or designers
3. We encourage our customers to fax us a rudimentary drawing outlining specific requirements
4. If you need to alter your design requirements during the design stage, you can do so by giving us a call

Payment

Company checks, personal checks, cashier's checks and Money Orders - please remember to mention the purchase order number on the check. Please note that all banks put a hold on checks for 5 business days. Once the check is cleared by the bank, the display cases will be shipped to your destination.

Credit Cards (VISA & Master Card): Purchase orders that do not exceed $ 1,000 will be subject to a 2.75% service fee.

Payment Terms

Net 30 days. We accept purchase orders from corporate, retail, health, non-profit and (semi) government organizations. The order confirmation must be signed, dated and faxed to Custom Showcases. Fax number: 866 980-4272.
